Chuck Norris is an enterprising American-born actor who is famous for his martial arts prowess. He was born at the beginning of World War II and he did not enjoy the best of childhood.
After completing high school studies, Chuck Norris joined the US Air Force. While at the military base in Osan Air Base in South Korea, Chuck studied martial arts and as a result, he became one of the most revered fighters at the time. He later retired and decided to open Karate studios across America where he trained people. In 1970, Norris switched his trade to acting and he became one of the most sought-after actors alongside fellow martial arts fighter, Bruce Lee.
Chuck Norris is Alive
Despite many rumors and reports concerning his well-being, Chuck is very much alive and kicking. However, since 2012, Norris has been absent from the television screens. This is because Norris decided to spend time with his wife, Gena. Gena has been ailing from arthritis for some time now and this has forced Norris to care for her.
After leaving Hollywood, Chuck has only been limited to few Television cameos mainly interviews.

Due to his celebrity status, Chuck has attracted a lot of speculations concerning his life. In fact, he has been subjected to several death hoaxes. In 2020, after the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, an online Facebook post by an anonymous user claimed that Chuck had died following Covid-19 complications. Nevertheless, this post turned out to be misleading and it was shut down by Facebook.

Despite his old age, Chuck has enjoyed excellent health in recent times. However, his wife Gena has not been at her best when it comes to health.

Chuck celebrated his 81st birthday on March 10, 2021, much to the delight of his fans. He was born in Ryan, Oklahoma state and has two brothers. Chuck is the oldest of the three children and his zodiac sign is Pisces. He was originally known as Carlos Ray Norris Jr.
