The legendary Bob Dole is still alive. The politician has retired from active politics but he still remains relevant in American politics. In 2018, Dole received the Congressional Medal of Freedom by President Trump.

Death Rumors
Bob has not been subjected to any unfounded death rumors in recent times. However, while serving in the US military, Dole suffered a death scare that changed his life. German soldiers attacked Dole’s military camp who opened gunfire on them. He sustained major injuries on his shoulder, spine, and neck, which left him paralyzed.
